ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Awarded the 1995 Most Outstanding Training Effort Award given by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for implementing the Legendary Service Training and other programs which helped reduce staff turnover from April 1993 to April 1995 in the Oriental, Singapore.
- Awarded the 1992 Most Outstanding Training Effort Award given by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for creativity, innovation and team spirit in launching the "I Make the Difference!" a Putting People First Program in the Mandarin Oriental, Manila.
- Chosen by the Department of Tourism of the Philippines to be one of the five (5) representatives, among other Training Managers in Manila and Cebu City to represent the Philippines in "The Train the Trainers Program for Japanese Customer Service" on 13 to 27 November 1993 in Tokyo, Japan.
- Organized Tripartite Philippine Delegation for an Observation Study Mission on Labour-management consultation mechanism in Tokyo, Japan, 27 September to 1 October 1988; sponsored by the Productivity & Development Centre, Japan Productivity Centre and Japan Productivity Centre.
- Selected as one of the Philippine delegates to the International Labor Organization's (ILO) Supervisory Development Training Program for Trainers in Chiba, Japan, 1 to 18 March 1988
